| INSURANCE: Currently we accept most insurance plans. You may call the office to verify insurance participation. It is very important that you have a current copy of your insurance card with you at all visits. Currently, well woman care, does not require a referral as long as our doctors are participating with your plan. If you have questions as to whether your particular plan requires a referral for anything other than well woman, please call the Customer Service number listed on your card. Please note that even though you don't need a referral for a well woman exam your insurance may or may not pay for services depending on your benefit package. Please call us and our office staff will be happy to help you. |
| HOSPITALS: All 6 physicians have privileges at both St. Mary Corwin Medical Center and Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo. |
